GCC Members,
Well, what can I say about this winter so far? If everyone remembers what a typical winter used to look like in WNY, it is finally here this season. Lots of snow pack and sub zero temperatures has hit our area pretty hard this winter. The lake has been near 100% frozen for the first time in years which has finally gave our area the break it needs from all of the lake effect snow. With all hopes from a maintenance stand point, we really hope for a gradual warm up this spring. The high winds have taken down a handful of trees and countless branches. I anticipate that the clean up this spring will take much longer than years past, so please understand moving forward. Once the weather breaks and we get the course playable once again, we will be continuing our last phase of our range project. The first tee box will take on an extensive facelift that should take us about a month or so to complete. If there's any questions about the projects this year, please to hesitate to ask or check out the renderings hung throughout the clubhouse.
